Content After searching through this website, I have one question:

How long does it take to process a patent in Korea; assuming patent is already filed in the United States??

In 2007, the average examination period for a patent in Korea was 12.1 months. 
The examination period is calculated from the date on which an applicant or agent request an examination until the date of the first action.
