- - UNIS patent law firm will superintend this design application and registration and will apply to the Patent Office.
- - Decision for the possibility of registration and the design search are executed with the design database and the laws which are provided by the Patent Office, there will be a possibility of existing a very little omitted DB due to reasons of the Patent Office.
- - Application fees are constituted as follows.
Consulting fees such as the initial research and legal examination etc. + Document Preparation fee
+ Document Submission fee + Patent Office fee
